Sometimes it is nice to jump out of reality and land in a fantasy world full of things we like to believe in, such as fairies and elves.  Believing in magic can take the imagination on a journey beyond the realms of our physical existence into the unknown.  Our inner child needs to be a child and us humans need to allow them to surface from time to time. My inner child tends to surface all the time so I just go with the flow and let it play. Why not? I am in my fifties and I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.

Im not sure I want to grow up. I quite enjoy playing make believe with my grand-children. The idea that sometimes my kitchen moonlights as a school room where teddy bears and fluffly toys actually learn things changes the mundane routine of kitchen duties. Let's not forget the lounge chairs that become cubbys.
How cool is that.
